We are a full-service dog care facility, with Fear Free Pets Certified staff, dedicated to providing the highest quality care in a fun, clean, enjoyable atmosphere at an affordable price.
Fairview Boarding is nestled in the lush mountains of Western North Carolina, just 9 miles south of Asheville. We are family owned and dedicated to treating your pets like our own.
While at Fairview Boarding, your pets interact with us, but never with one another, unless they live in the same home. Your pet's happiness and safety is our priority.
Our facility is built for dogs!
Our overnight dog care area is designed to provide a calm, relaxing indoor space with dog doors to covered outside runs. Doors are opened first thing in the morning and closed each night for security. Each boarding area is climate controlled and has aromatherapy and noise dampening to keep your pets calm.
During the day, all dogs get to participate in our "enrichment daycare", where we provide activities that engage dogs' natural behaviors and instincts. Through tasks, games and one-on-one interaction with us, dogs have a full day of fun!
Our GroomRoom offers bathing and grooming services for every shape, size and breed of dog. When you schedule grooming services, our highly skilled groomer will pamper your dog, giving them a luxurious bath or a transformative full groom.
Our training services will help transform your dog into a well-mannered member of the family! You can leave your dog with us for boarding school, attend small group obedience classes, or schedule private training sessions with our skilled trainer.

More than just boarding
Our Story
It's been my dream to own my own dog care facility, so when I saw that Fairview Kennels was for sale, I knew my dream was coming true.
My mom and I visited and immediately fell in love with the beauty of the area and the friendliness of the community.
Since I purchased the property in October 2019, we've
worked tirelessly to make improvements to the facility and boarding processes so we can provide the very best, personalized care for each dog that comes to stay.
We are proud to care for every dog like they are our own.
