Grooming Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are important to us. When you book an appointment for your dog(s), we set aside time especially for them. So when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving appropriate notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time with another customer.
We do understand that things happen and schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, so we ask that you give us advance notice of the need to cancel or reschedule.
The cancellation policies below give us time to accept new bookings, as well as keep our grooming salon operating efficiently, thus better serving everyone.
Cancellation, Late Fees &
A credit card on file is required to make grooming appointments - No shows and last minute cancellations will automatically be charged a fee. If you do not wish to have a credit card card on file, we will require a 50% deposit of your service amount.
There are no fees applied for cancellations or reschedules that have given 48 hours or more notice.
If you cancel the day of the appointment or fail to show at all you will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, there is a $15 late fee that will be applied.
We will call or text you when your dog is ready. Due to limited space, dogs are required to be picked up within one hour of being notified of completion. If you are unable to pick up your dog within an hour, we will charge a $30 daycare fee.
