As an only child, my dogs were my constant companions and best friends—always by my side, and a part of my every adventure. That early bond sparked a lifelong love for dogs that never faded.

Years later, after building a successful career with a national non-profit, everything changed when a new CEO shifted the culture. The work no longer felt like home, and it became clear that it was time to follow a different calling—the one that had been there since childhood.

My mother, Carol, and I decided that it was time to leave Texas, move closer to family in North Carolina, and create a place where dogs would be treated exactly the way they deserve to be: with comfort, respect, and love.

In October 2019, Fairview Boarding was born—a dog-centric haven built on empathy, enrichment, and genuine care.

From the beginning, the mission has been simple: make life better for dogs. Every tail wag, every happy bark, and every dog that turns back to the team after greeting their parents is the ultimate compliment—it means the mission is working.

Fairview Boarding has grown from a small boarding facility into a progressive, enrichment-based, five-star dog care destination. Every dog receives personal attention, comfort, and opportunities to play, learn, and thrive. Above all, Fairview Boarding ensures that every dog feels safe, fulfilled, and deeply loved.
