Weekend Manager​​​
Position Overview
The Weekend Manager plays a key leadership role, overseeing front desk operations, supporting staff, and ensuring excellent care for all animals. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable managing both people and pets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to emails

Check clients in and out efficiently while providing excellent customer service

Handle booking reservations and scheduling

Supervise and support weekend staff to ensure smooth daily operations
-
Maintain strong client relationships and address any concerns professionally

Assist with dog handling and ensure the safety and well-being of all pets
Qualifications
-
Experience in customer service and front desk operations
-
Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Leadership or staff management experience preferred
-
Background in pet boarding, dog training, or animal care is a plus
-
Sales experience is beneficial

Schedule:

Friday: 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Benefits

$17 to $20 an hour (Depending on experience)
