Dog Bather

What you will do:
The pet bather will bathe, brush and dry dogs according to specific instruction
In this job, you will:

Handle pets with care and ensure their safety during bathing procedures

Complete nail trim/grinds, ear cleanings, and other basic grooming tasks

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the groom salon

Provide grooming support to the groomer as needed
What we expect of you
Previous experience as a bather in a professional setting (ex. Groom Salon, Kennel, Vet, Shelter, etc.) required. 1 year minimum.
Basic Qualifications:

Professional bathing experience required (minimum 1 full year)

Ability to lift and handle pets of various sizes (heavy lifting required)

Knowledge of pet grooming techniques is a plus

Strong customer service skills

Comfortable working in a kennel or veterinary environment

Familiarity with animal restraint methods

What we offer:

Schedule: Morning shift

40 hours per week, with more hours during peak seasons

Hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00/hr
