Our hotel is designed to be a peaceful, stress-free retreat, with soothing music, noise dampening and aromatherapy to create a calm, relaxing escape.

Every stay includes:

A spacious room with access to their own private, covered patio
Comfortable Kuranda elevated bed with plush bedding laundered every day (upgraded bedding available)
Room service served twice daily
A minimum of 3 private sessions in the play yard with personal attention from their dog care specialist daily
Individual wellness check by our Fear Free Certified professional caregivers
A fun report card with details about their stay

Stay Requirements

VACCINATIONS

All guests must be current on Rabies, DHPP or DHLPP and Bordetella.

We can accept Titers for Distemper and Parvo.

We highly recommend Leptospirosis and Influenza.

*We will not allow any animal without their vaccination paperwork.

PREVENTION

All guests are required to be on heart worm prevention and a flea and tick control program.

If live fleas are found on your pet, we will perform a flea bath for $50.

RECENT PROCEDURES

If your pet has had a recent medical procedure, they must be free of sutures, staples and/or open wounds before they arrive.

We cannot accept dogs wearing a cone.

Please inform us if your dog has had a recent procedure or open wound injury when making your reservation.
