We take our time, use positive handling techniques, and focus on helping dogs feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout the grooming process.

Our team cares about your dog’s emotional wellbeing. We also value their freedom of choice. This means we may need to stop a certain procedure if your dog is displaying too much stress. If your dog is experiencing high levels of stress, the appointment may need to be broken down into multiple breaks or even multiple visits to work through their fears, rather than overwhelming them.
MEET AND TREAT
Bring your dog hungry because we use reward-based training techniques to help your dog feel comfortable and safe. If your dog has food allergies, please bring some of their favorite treats from home.We want to make sure your dog feels comfortable with the whole grooming experience. The meet and treat also allows our team to assess your dog's condition and comfort level.
